some opinions here.
having both anxiety & depression with the depression driven by the anxiety.
If the anxiety is triggered or driven by external things like phobias, situations, general interactions, etc., Then programs work well.
If the anxiety is more internal & based on emotions, one can come to understand but control is another matter & perhaps more difficult ???
The record keeping may help in identifying some things that are known to be commonly linked to past life experiences that can then be addressed.
Being able to identify the link & understanding how the connection works & why, can be very helpful to some people. This varys a lot from person to person. It sounds trite, but treatment of the depression is not dependent on which is first, depression or anxiety. When the depression is treated with effective meds, the anxiety gets less ( for some it almost goes away )
good luck with the program. hope it works well for you.
we will keep our fingers crossed !
