Geez Molly, this is my depression exactly...plus some other things.
Have you tried light therapy in the mornings? and good sleep hygiene, which is, as I understand it, means going to bed at the same time (before midnight) and getting up at the same time.
Which is, of course, the hardest thing for people like us to do. Janice.
do you go manic at night time?
does you have Seasonal affective disorder?
have you ever looked into ADHD (because often this is the way ADHD people's circadian rhythm is)The above are some factors I believe my 24 hour rhythm is related to for me.
