Ruth, I empathize with your dilemma. Prozac, Luvox, and Zoloft really shut me down. Serzone helped, but didn't help my OCD. Effexor-XR hasn't interfered with desire, arousal, or orgasm, for which I'm thankful. From what I've read, though, people react very differently to AD's, and that trial and error is the only way to find out what will work for you. Effexor has really helped me. Talk to your pdoc about it and see what you think!--Cindy W
