?? about pergolide and ciproheptadine

I hope I'm spellling those right, but I'm probably not.
Can anyone tell me anything about them? It's an odd situation, and I'm curious, but don't really know where to start.
I'm particularly interested in anyone who has any experience with either drug used to alleviate the symptoms of Cushing's syndrome. (In humans or any other animals.)
